Before and after the diagnostic

Knowledge Towns leads strategy and integrates specialist capabilities agreed for each assignment. We can work alongside your existing planning, higher-education, real-estate and financial advisors.

Practical questions

Before we begin.

What does an engagement cost?

Scope, fee, deliverables, participants and timetable are agreed in a written proposal. Surveys, valuations, legal advice and transaction execution are separately scoped when needed.

Who can commission the work?

An institution, public body, developer, investor, employer or infrastructure partner. We clarify sponsorship, authority and the necessary stakeholder participation before starting.

How is confidential information handled?

Keep initial inquiries non-confidential. Information requirements, access, permitted use and confidentiality arrangements are agreed before sensitive material is shared.

Can you work through an existing team?

Yes. Work may be scoped as a direct engagement, a contribution to a wider advisory team, or an appropriate procurement process. Roles and contracting arrangements are confirmed before work begins.
