Privacy &
site information.

Knowledge Towns Advisory operates this public information site to explain its work, share research and provide a direct way to contact the practice.

Information you choose to send

Inquiry links open your email application; you choose whether to send a message. Emails are handled through your email provider and ours. Newsletter signup links open our Squarespace-hosted subscription page. Please keep initial inquiries non-confidential.

The Advisory Brief

When you subscribe through our signup page, Knowledge Towns uses your email address and subscription status to administer and deliver the Advisory Brief. No name, role or organization is required. Squarespace processes and stores signup information for Knowledge Towns. You must click the confirmation link sent to your email address to complete signup.

You may unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link in a newsletter, by replying to a briefing, or by emailing an unsubscribe request. Subscriber details are used for the briefing and subscription administration, and are not published on this website. Requests for access, correction or deletion can be sent to dominic@knowledgetowns.com.

Access to subscriber information is restricted to those administering the newsletter for Knowledge Towns. Active subscription information is retained for that purpose; unsubscribe requests are retained only as needed to honor your preference and prevent further mail. Unnecessary personal details should not be included in a subscription request.

Website and external services

This Advisory site has no account, payment system, public upload or on-site subscription database. The linked signup page is hosted by Squarespace and uses Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam. Squarespace and Google may process technical connection and device information to provide and protect that form; their services are subject to their respective privacy policies. Knowledge Towns has not added advertising pixels or visitor analytics to this redesign. Fonts are delivered by Google Fonts; external services may receive ordinary connection information when their resources are requested.

The site is hosted using ChatGPT Sites. The hosting provider may process technical information required to deliver, secure and maintain the site under its own applicable terms and privacy notices. External links lead to services governed by their own policies.

Examples, illustrations and independence

Representative material may include advisory work, collaborations and independent proposals. Named engagement details are shared only where authorized. Independent proposals and illustrative work do not imply institutional endorsement. The homepage neighborhood image is an AI-generated fictional place concept, not a photograph or approved development plan.

Knowledge Towns is an independent advisory practice and is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI.
